Warranty for Arka Formworks

1- At the request of buyers, the Arka company provides a free warranty for all its white formwork of special quality, first of all directly and for a period of 6 months with the conditions of compliance with the company’s control protocols from the factory door.

2- In case of purchasing any formwork of the Arka company of various quality, after the expiration of the warranty period announced to the buyer with his consent, our company can replace parts in the form of 2 old formwork with 1 new formwork in Iran.

3- In case of breakage or defects of used formwork, after the end of the warranty period of the formwork, our company can, by agreement between the buyer and the seller, hand over all formwork for recycling at a calculated rate per day, the same as the amount received at the factory.

4- The Arka Formwork Company wishes to regularly buy back all its sold formwork at the factory door, both serviceable and broken, at the calculated price of raw materials per day with the consent of the parties.

5- Our Company can reduce or increase prices at the request of the buyer and engineers, depending on the quality of the parts, in addition to the main material of the company.
